On Friday, January 12, 2018 Bercena Lilian Payge transitioned to be with the Lord. Bercena was born May 2, 1952 to the Albert and Mary Payge of Warrenton, King George County, Virginia. She achieved her education in Washington, DC. Her career was in the Mortgage section. She became a Day Care provider for many years for many children throughout the years where she was loved very much. She was baptized and belong to the Word of Faith Church in Riverdale, Maryland. She love to travel, going to the beach and spending time with family and friends. Bercena is survived by her beloved children: Marquita Nicole Modupeore Popoola Aromire, Yaniya Wilkins-Payge and the late Donte D. Payge. Nine Grandchildren: Marquis Blunt, Anthony Simms, Princess Rashidat Oluwatosin Popoola Aromire, Prince Raheem Oluwatoyin Popoola Aromire, Zapporah Payge, Nyree Wilkins, Amirah Wilkins, Donte Payge, Jr. and Sanaa Payge. One Great Grandson: Elijah Seven Blunt. Sister: Alberta Payge – Thompson, Nephews: Nathan Thompson, Gerald Thompson, Carl Pollard and Shay Pollard. Nieces: Meltonia Pollard, Sequuie Pollard. Beloved Cousin: Betty Lightfoot. Beloved Son in laws: Prince Zainudeen Idowu Popoola Aromire and Late Mark Wilkins.
